We updated our online system on June 18, 2025.

As part of this update, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now required for all logins. This adds an extra layer of security to protect your account.

• Make sure your account has a valid email address to avoid any login issues
• You can utilize biometrics if you delete and reinstall the app and follow the prompts to accept upon login.
