Updating Your Information
If you need to update your personal details, you’ll need to provide a valid ID.
- Go to: Menu > Help and Support > Document Center
- Upload your documents
- Email igaming-security@fourwindscasino.com to let the team know
Our Security Team will review and update your information within 24–48 hours.
Resetting Your Password
You can now reset your password yourself from the login page:
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Check your email for the reset link (don’t forget your spam/junk folder)
If you’ve had too many failed login attempts:
- Just reset your password
- Create a new one
- You’ll regain access right away — no need to contact support ✅
Password Tip:
You cannot reuse an old password. If you try, you may see an error message. Be sure to create a new, unique password. For an easy to remember password, we suggest combining something gambling related, a series of numbers, and then a special character. Example: Pokernight2468$
You are also welcome to change your password within your account. Go to Menu>Account Settings>Security & Login
