🔐 Password Requirements

Your password must include:

• At least 8 characters
• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 lowercase letter
• 1 number
• 1 special character

Important:

• You cannot reuse a previous password
• If you try, you may see:
  “Could not authenticate. Required data is missing. Please try again.”

🔐 Login & Password Tips

After resetting your password:

• Refresh the login page, then enter your new password

Make login easier:

• Enable Face ID (iOS) or biometric login (Android)
• Turn on your device’s password-saving/auto-fill for quicker OTP login

Troubleshooting Face ID / Biometrics:

• If not showing, delete & reinstall the app
• Ensure biometrics are enabled on your device settings
