How to clear Third Party Apps on Android:

(Keep in mind clearing cache may clear out the autofill for your password, so please make sure you remember it before continuing!)

1. Go to the Settings menu on your device. 
2. Tap Storage.
3. Tap Internal Storage under Device Storage.
4. Tap Cached data.
5. Tap OK when a dialog box appears asking if you're sure you want to clear all app cache.
6. Switch from browser to App
7. Uninstall App
8. Restart device
9. Reinstall App
10. Try a different device (if possible)

How to Clear iPhone and iPad Cache

(Keep in mind clearing cache may clear out the autofill for your password, so please make sure you remember it before continuing!)

1. Open the Settings app on your ‌iPhone‌ or ‌iPad‌ and scroll down to Safari in the list.
2. Scroll to the Privacy & Security section and tap the blue Clear History and Website Data option near the bottom of the menu. (Note that this setting might be grayed out if there's already no history to clear or if parental controls are set for websites.)
3. Tap Clear History and Data in the popup pane to confirm.
4. Switch from the App to Browser
5. Uninstall App
6. Restart Device
7. Reinstall App
8. Try a different device (if possible)

For both Android and iOS

The app may make you rotate your phone to play the games. There is no "x" button once playing. Instead, there is a drop down. Touch that tab, then click the small "home" button (top left). This will take you to the home page and exit you out of the game, show your account balance, and allow you to choose another game. Simply swiping out will keep the game running in the background.

Please also make sure that you are using the "Menu" to log out when you are done playing.
