Bonus Playthrough

If you have participated in a bonus promotion, there are playthrough requirements on those funds before you are able to withdraw your winnings and/or your deposit associated with it. (See the promotions page to find terms and conditions.)

To see your progress on your playthrough requirements, go to the menu button (3 lines top left) and scroll down to "Rewards" (you must be logged in), then "Bonuses", then "Casino bonus-active" then click the bonus you want to check the playthrough on. It will show you what percentage you are at and how many wagers left to meet the requirements in relation to slot play.

Keep in mind that the contribution of slot wagers is 100%, whereas Table Games play is only 1/10th or 10%. If you intend to play Table Games you will need to calculate that manually from the view in the menu. Essentially, you would have to play 10 times as much on Table Games as you would on slots to clear a playthrough requirement. Also please note that video poker is excluded from all bonus promotions, and sports promotions are often not applicable with slot offers. 

If you wish to forfeit a bonus you do not want to participate in, you can do so in the same area mentioned above and any of your personal unwagered deposit money that was associated with the bonus will be returned to the account balance. Clicking once on the "Forfeit" button will tell you the exact amount to be returned to the casino balance, and the second will actually forfeit it.

Please note: Any matched casino bonuses or winnings associated will be removed from the account.
