As with deposits, the money is first transferred to Play+, and then must be moved back to your financial institution.
The reason you do not see your money is because it is likely sitting in your newly created Play+ account, and you do not yet have an online login to view it.
Play+ will mail you a card (that acts like an ATM Card) that will allow you to set up an online account in order to move money between Play+ and your banking institution to fully complete the withdrawal of your winnings. The card could take up to two weeks to be mailed.
To set up a login prior to receiving your card to move funds electronically, please send Play+ a message or give them a call so they can give you a temporary Card Reference Number until you receive your card. From there you can go to: https://playplus.mycardplace.com/cholder/ and create your account.
Once you are on this page, you will then create a username and password by entering the number they give you into the 'Activate\Register' field. This will start the process of creating an Username and Password for the account. Please note that both username and password are case sensitive. Also the PIN is the last 4 of your SSN by default.
After you create the username and password, you will need this information to log into the account.
