When requesting a withdrawal or making a deposit via PayPal the payment account must match the online account holder's name. Other identifiers such as email will also need to match on both platforms and associated accounts within the PayPal wallet. Shared accounts can cause delays, in which case the payments security team will notify you via email what is required to update/process.
Make sure that your PayPal.com wallet has your bank's checking and routing numbers as the confirmed method. You can also ensure that your checking account is set as your preference for transactions. You can leave all the other methods on your PayPal account. Debit cards will not work.
